Finality of Sales: Once an order is placed and the processing has begun, it cannot be canceled or refunded. By completing your purchase, you agree that all sales are final due to the digital nature of our services.
Non-Refundable Scenarios: We do not offer refunds if your account is set to "Private," if you provided an incorrect link, or if you experience "drops" after the service is completed (please refer to our Refill Policy for drop protection).
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to fulfill your order within the specified timeframe. In the event of a technical failure on our end that prevents delivery, the funds will be credited back to your platform wallet or original payment method.
Disputes & Chargebacks: You agree that you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any completed or processing order. Doing so may result in a permanent ban from our platform and the removal of any followers or likes previously delivered.
